工作职责： 1、负责新品宣传片及产品页高阶3D动画视频物料（产品动画，高级动力学，粒子，模拟技术）的设计制作及特效合成。 2、参与部分市场促销活动视频的3D动画及合成。 3、对团队动画渲染及后期人员定期培训指导，提升整体技术水平。 4、时刻关注与分析动画设计趋势、最新动效表现技巧、特效插件。具备自学能力，能独立完成整套CG制作流程，并根据公司战略定位把控项目整体视觉风格。 5、对接各部门及项目组，有效组织沟通，推进相关动画设计工作，共同创作优质内容。

任职要求： 1、视觉传达、美术、动画、多媒体等相关专业优先（本科及以上学历），五年以上硬件产品动画渲染相关工作经验，具备较强的创新能力。 2、精通常用修图软件，熟练使用模拟插件和软件（如Xparticles，FD Turbulence，Realflow）。 3、熟练使用常用视频编辑软件并掌握red gaint，MagicBullet等插件，具备较好的合成功底和文字动画制作能力。 4、具有较高的审美标准和国际视野，热爱智能硬件方向的动画制作，能从专业工作中获取成就感，对产品卖点表达方式挖掘有浓厚兴趣；具备优秀的创意能力和沟通能力，团队协作精神强。 5、简历需附带个人作品集。
