职位描述 1. 根据海内外市场团队的推广需求，负责海外（Google/Meta/TikTok）或国内（抖音/小红书/B站/视频号等）社媒平台的广告投放，制定合理的投放策略，执行广告上线实施精准引流； 2. 以数据为导向监控并评估平台投放成效，结合投放数据提炼素材、人群等投放洞察，持续迭代投放策略，提高业绩表现； 3. 参与广告物料创意设计与制作，与设计、剪辑部门沟通需求，根据投放表现持续优化广告素材，输出创意洞察； 4. 具备数字化建设能力：熟悉Google Analytics 4、巨量云图、灵犀等社媒数据中台使用，协助推进广告数据与社媒、电商等平台数据的系统化看板建设，验证投广效果，并有效推动业绩增长； 5. 具备业务流程建设能力：主导优化部门内外的协作流程，快速撬动跨部门资源，高效支持核心项目的推进和落地。

职位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，海内外名校优先，1-3年市场营销从业经历； 2. 具备海外Google Ads & Meta Ads广告平台，或国内巨量系、小红书聚光等广告投放平台的实操经验； 3. 熟悉海内外社媒生态，深度参与过KOL/KOC、内容营销及广告投放工作； 4. 掌握系统性广告投放方法论、营销归因，熟练掌握数据分析，数据驱动意识强； 5. 掌握业务流程建设，擅长识别和处理问题，并能结合上下游优化流程建设； 6. 对设计、美学、创意有一定的见解，具备内容产出质量的判断能力，关注社交媒体和消费者市场
