岗位定位 1、我们希望寻找一位兼具产品创新能力、AI技术理解力与实际落地能力的 AI 应用产品专家。 2、你不仅需要能够深入理解用户需求，更需要将业务问题转化为完整、易用且具有实际价值的 AI 产品，并推动产品从概念验证、功能设计到正式上线及持续迭代。 3、你将与设计师、开发人员及业务团队协作，主导 AI 应用的产品定义、功能架构、交互体验及产品化落地，探索 AI 在创意设计领域的新应用方式，推动 AI 能力从单点工具走向可复用、可持续演进的产品体系。

岗位职责 1. AI产品定义与功能设计 深入理解设计业务场景，将业务痛点转化为清晰的产品需求，独立完成产品功能规划、信息架构、交互流程及产品方案设计。 从用户体验、技术可行性及业务价值出发，合理设计功能边界、操作逻辑和产品交互，确保产品真正解决用户问题。 负责产品 PRD、原型、业务规则及验收标准的制定，推动需求从概念转化为可执行、可验证的产品方案。 2. AI技术应用与解决方案设计 理解大模型、Agent、RAG、工作流编排及多模态 AI 等技术的能力与应用边界，能够根据不同业务需求提出合理的产品解决方案。 与开发人员协同开展技术可行性评估、方案选型及关键能力验证，在产品体验、技术成本与实现效率之间做出合理判断。 熟练运用 AI Coding、低代码等工具快速搭建产品原型，提升产品验证与迭代效率。 持续探索新技术带来的产品机会，不局限于现有工作方式，主动提出创新性的 AI 应用方案。 3. AI产品落地与持续迭代 主导 AI 应用从 MVP 验证、功能开发、测试验收到正式上线的完整产品流程，确保功能完整性、可用性及上线质量。 协同开发团队推进产品交付，识别需求、技术及体验风险，推动关键问题解决。 建立产品使用效果的评估机制，通过真实用户反馈、使用数据及业务指标持续优化产品功能和体验。 推动 AI 产品从试点应用走向日常业务使用，提高产品实际使用率及业务价值。 4. AI产品体系与平台能力规划 从不同业务场景中识别共性需求，规划可复用的产品功能、交互组件及基础能力，减少重复建设。 参与 AI 应用平台的产品架构规划，推动模型能力、工作流及业务工具的整合，形成统一、可扩展的产品体验。 关注产品长期演进，兼顾短期业务需求与产品体系的可持续性，推动 AI 能力的标准化和规模化应用。 5. 产品创新与跨团队协作 持续关注 AI 前沿技术、创新产品及行业趋势，识别新技术在创意设计领域的应用机会，推动新产品形态与工作方式探索。 与设计师及开发人员紧密协作，推动业务需求、产品方案及技术实现之间的高效衔接。 沉淀 AI 产品设计方法、功能规范及实践经验，提升团队的产品化能力与交付质量。

1. 产品专业能力 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、交互设计、产品设计等相关专业优先。 5年以上互联网、软件或 AI 产品相关工作经验，具备完整的产品设计与上线经历，有 AI 产品从 0 到 1 落地经验者优先。 具备扎实的产品设计能力，能够独立完成功能架构、信息架构、交互逻辑、产品原型、PRD 及验收标准设计。 具备较强的用户体验意识，能够深入分析用户任务流程，识别产品使用中的关键问题并提出解决方案。 具备产品全生命周期管理经验，能够推动产品从需求分析、开发上线到持续迭代，并通过实际数据验证产品价值。 2. AI技术理解与应用能力 熟悉主流大语言模型及多模态 AI 技术，理解 Agent、RAG、Function Calling、工作流编排等技术的基本原理、应用场景及能力边界。 能够从产品视角判断技术方案的合理性，理解模型效果、响应速度、调用成本、稳定性等因素对产品体验的影响。 具备 AI 产品原型构建能力，能够运用 AI Coding、低代码平台或相关工具快速完成可交互原型和功能验证。 具备基本的软件开发与系统架构认知，理解 API、前后端交互及数据流转逻辑，能够与开发人员高效协作。 3. 综合判断与创新能力 具备较强的问题分析和独立判断能力，能够识别需求背后的真实问题，而非简单接受既定解决方案。 能够综合考虑用户价值、产品体验、技术可行性和开发成本，做出合理的产品取舍。 具备系统性思维，能够从单点需求中识别共性能力，推动产品功能和解决方案的复用。 对 AI 新技术、新产品保持持续关注，具备较强的学习能力、探索精神和创新意识。 4. 协作与推动能力 具备良好的跨角色沟通能力，能够在设计、产品及研发团队之间建立清晰的协作方式。 能够独立推动复杂产品项目，合理拆解任务、识别风险并推动问题闭环。 具备较强的结果意识，对产品实际上线效果、用户体验和持续使用情况负责。

加分项 1、曾主导 AI Agent、AI 创意工具、企业级 AI 应用、内部效能平台或智能化工作流产品的 0 到 1 建设。 2、具备计算机或软件开发背景，有实际编码经验，能够独立搭建 AI 应用原型或简单功能模块。 3、熟悉 Figma 插件、设计资产管理、智能评审、AI 视觉生成、设计自动化或创意生产工具。 4、具有平台型产品、低代码平台、AI 应用中台或多业务场景产品规划经验。 5、熟悉图像、视频、3D 等多模态生成技术及其在商业内容生产中的实际应用。 6、有消费电子、影像、视觉设计或数字创意行业相关经验。 7、有实际上线并取得明确业务效果的 AI 产品代表案例，能够清晰阐述产品判断、核心设计决策及最终结果。
