1、负责影石AI应用需求调研，深度结合扣子、影刀、飞书等AI Agent生态能力，输出贴合业务场景的解决方案（含流程、技术、集成方案等）； 2、负责重点场景AI应用/Agent规划、开发、数据对接、训练调优等核心实施工作，主导推进项目测试与上线，确保交付质量； 3、负责建设AI应用使用手册/流程说明、操作指南等，为下游部门提供指导、培训等，保障AI嵌入业务流中产出实际价值，为AI应用提效、提质结果负责； 4、负责AI应用/Agent等产品运维支持，快速响应并解决问题，结合业务诉求定期优化改善；建立AI应用交付SOP、案例沉淀机制。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业（如计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能、数学统计等）优先； 2、具备3年以上AI项目实施、系统集成或相关岗位经验，有Dify/扣子/飞书aily等企业内部AI提效实施经验者优先； 3、具备基础编程能力（如Python、Java），熟悉大模型、RAG、MCP等技术原理，熟练操作国内外模型调用、框架部署等能力； 4、热爱AI领域，对AI Native组织有独立思考个人见解，持续关注AI相关技术发展，具备快速验证和落地推广能力。
