1、负责短视频内容的整体策划、创意输出与方向制定，主导爆款内容的创作与执行，并能运用AI工具（如Runway、Pika、Sora、HeyGen等）完成从脚本到成片的全流程或关键环节制作。 2、深入分析目标用户喜好及平台流量机制，结合热点趋势，提出具有传播力的内容策略；利用AI辅助数据分析与趋势预测，提升内容命中率。 3、统筹短视频组项目进度，协调拍摄、剪辑、运营等环节，确保内容高质量产出；能够使用自动化工具（如OpenClaw、n8n、Zapier等）搭建视频自动生产或跨平台分发流程，显著提升生产效率。 4、负责多平台（如小红书、B站、抖音、YouTube、TikTok等）的内容分发与运营，提升账号影响力和用户互动；具备通过API或RPA工具实现多账号批量管理、定时发布、互动回复等自动化运营能力。 5、监控内容数据表现，持续优化内容策略，对播放量指标负责；结合AI模型进行内容A/B测试与效果归因，驱动迭代决策。 6、探索新的内容形式与传播方式，保持内容创新性与竞争力；主动跟进AI视频生成、自动化工作流等前沿技术，推动团队向智能化生产转型。

1、3年以上视频内容策划或社交媒体运营相关经验，有团队管理或核心项目负责人经验者优先；具备至少1个使用AI工具主导完成的视频项目或自动化流程落地案例。 2、对用户心理和流量分发机制有深刻理解，具备敏锐的网感，能够快速捕捉热点并输出犀利观点；熟悉主流AI视频生成模型（如Stable Video Diffusion、Luma、Kling等）的能力边界与适用场景。 3、拥有多个社媒平台千万级播放爆款案例，熟悉小红书、B站、抖音、YouTube、TikTok等内容平台运营逻辑；有利用AI生成或辅助生成爆款内容的实践经验。 4、具备较强的影像创作能力，在数码、影像、运动、旅行等领域有个人作品或成熟内容案例；能够使用AI工具进行分镜生成、风格迁移、自动剪辑、音效合成等全链路制作。 5、具备丰富的账号运营经验，包括官方账号或自媒体账号的策划、运营及增长实战经历；能使用OpenClaw、Make、Python脚本等工具搭建自动化工作流（如定时抓取热点→AI生成脚本→AI生成视频→自动分发到多平台）。 6、思维活跃，善于创新，具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；能够以英语作为工作语言（读写流利，可进行技术文档阅读、国际社区交流及跨团队协作）。
