职位描述 1.业务支持：深入了解所支持的业务模式，熟悉业财全流程，通过建立和完善规则机制，推动相应流程系统化线上化，提升效率，推动精细化核算；深度支持业务各项决策，进行业务方案的可行性和风险评估，推动解决业务问题； 2.产品线财经管理：按照IPD全流程进行管理，在产品立项阶段进行产品概算，对项目可行性进行分析，出具财务建议，在研发过程中对研发费用进行过程把控，提高研发费用效率，产品上市后对产品投资回报进行过程管控； 3.预算管理：制定年度、半年度预算及滚动预测，监控执行情况，进行预实差异分析，提出策略建议；持续跟进预算执行情况，进行深入细致的预实分析，重点严密跟踪监控关键成本数据的动态变化，包括研发成本、开发费用、市场成本等； 4.财务分析：熟悉数据在线上的传递链路，不断加强流程管控和数据系统的建设，提升整体运营效率；完善关键业财指标体系，输出多维度的财务分析报告，包括但不限于月度经营分析、专项财务分析、行业市场分析、竞品财报分析等，与业务建立双向反馈机制，牵引管理决策； 5.主动地支持相关部门的其他日常工作，成为团队中可靠的财务伙伴，共同推动业务的顺利开展。

职位要求 1.具备财务BP工作经验，有研产销一体财务BP、商业分析、FP&A经验者优先； 2.逻辑清晰，学习能力强，具备数字敏感性，擅长数据分析和在冲突中解决问题； 3.具备跨团队工作协调组织能力，能主动推动所负责工作的顺利实施，认真负责，关注细节； 4.本科以上学历，具有ACCA\CPA\CMA等相关证书者优先
