1. 通信、计算机、电子等相关专业，本科及以上学历，至少3年以上DevOps领域和自动化工具的工作经验； 2. 熟悉Python/Java/Go/C/C++/Shell等编程语言中的一种或者多种；熟悉Linux或Unix操作系统； 3. 负责过一款以上多平台嵌入式产品的CI/CD/DevOps的系统整体方案设计和实现； 4. 具备规划多平台嵌入式产品的CI/CD/DevOps的系统整体方案的能力 5. 具备项目协同/版本控制/CI/CD中用到的自动化工具的开发能力 6. 良好的沟通、协调和团队管理能力，能够指导和推动跨部门合作。
