工作职责 1. 负责消费终端类产品立项热评估，方案制订及热设计优化工作，确保产品热指标竞争力 2. 与周边领域配合，主导推进详细散热方案设计，散热物料选型及参数制订 3. 对产品测试/生产装配/售后热问题进行改进优化 4. 协助及主导热相关技术专题研究，持续提升产品散热竞争力及热设计能力 5. 竞品热分析与总结；行业新技术/新材料的应用分析及推广

任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，本科5年/硕士3年以上电子产品热设计经验，热能与动力、制冷、工程热物理，机械等相关专业； 2. 了解散热方案设计原理，熟悉自然散热/强迫风冷散热设计相关要求 3. 掌握自然散热温升测试，风冷噪声/温升测试等相关流程及规范 4. 熟练操作热仿真软件及三维建模软件； 5. 熟悉产品热开发流程，具备较好的热设计问题分析及解决能力 6. 具备良好的团队合作精神，良好的协调沟通能力，工作主动且责任心强
