(1)负责抖音与TikTok双平台的价格实现策略统筹,评估并选择择最优活形式(直降/消费券/国补/平台资源等),对价格竞争力和利润目标负责。 (2)负责达播/跨品线/代运营/渠道专供链接的统筹管理,主导新建专供链接、配置渠道品、分配库存、报活动,确保每条专供链接下的渠道品链路完整且库存可控 (3)负责日常改价操作及价格体系维护,监控前台价格展示准确性,及时处理价格异常,规避资损风险。 (4)协助团队完成大促期间的人力调度与任务分配,根据抖音/TikTok大促和新品节奏调配执行资源。 (5)定期复盘价格策略及专供链接的运营效果,输出数据复盘与优化建议,持续提升货架转化效率 (6)流程优化:店铺安全风险降低、降本增效等重点专项

(1)本科以上学历,2年以上抖音或TikTok Shop货架运营经验,熟悉平台后台操作及促销工具,有跨境电商平台经验者优先。 (2)对影像行业有热情,能承担大促期间高强度工作压力,适应快速发展的业务节奏。 (3)具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识和团队管理能力,专注细节,有耐心,自驱力与逻辑思维能力佳。 (4)用户导向,具备较强的价格敏感度与策略判断能力。
