岗位职责 1.负责海内外礼品、文创、生活方式、设计零售等渠道的客户开发，包括买手店、代理商、分销商、集合店及企业礼赠客户等； 2.维护客户关系，推进选品推荐、报价沟通、样品寄送、合同确认、订单跟进及回款等销售流程； 3.协调产品、供应链、物流等团队，推动订单交付、库存匹配、交期沟通及售后问题处理； 4.关注礼品及生活方式行业趋势，收集客户反馈、渠道需求和竞品信息，为产品和销售策略提供参考； 5.参与行业展会、客户拜访及商务活动，跟进潜在客户并推动合作转化

任职要求 1.3-5年以上礼品、文创、生活方式、设计品牌或消费品渠道销售经验，有海外渠道经验优先； 2.熟悉礼品、文创、杂货、生活方式零售等渠道，有相关买手、代理商、分销商或企业礼赠客户资源优先； 3.具备较强的客户开发、商务沟通和订单推进能力，能独立推动合作落地。 审美在线，理解设计类产品的卖点和品牌表达，能根据客户需求进行选品推荐； 4.英语可作为工作语言，熟悉基础外贸流程及FOB/DDP等交付方式优先。
