1.本科及以上学历，运营管理、供应链或相关专业优先 2. 5年以上BPO/共享服务中心运营经验，3年以上外包供应商管理经历 3. 熟悉RPA、工单系统（如Zendesk）、BI工具（如Tableau）等数字化管理手段 4. 精通英语沟通（CET-6以上），具备跨时区多语言团队协作能力 5. 具备强商业敏感度，能够平衡客户体验、成本与供应商利益 6. 熟悉国际BPO市场发展趋势（如离岸交付、AI+人工混合运营模式） 7. 拥有COPC资质或主导过20人以上离岸外包团队组建者优先
