1. 用户增长策略设计：主导全球用户增长策略的制定与迭代，聚焦复购提升及裂变拉新等增长杠杆，设计可规模化的增长机制，对用户规模与拉新效率负责； 2. 全生命周期运营：构建覆盖“拉新-激活-留存-复购-裂变”全链路的用户运营体系，针对新用户引导、留存激活、流失预警等关键节点，制定差异化策略，提升用户LTV； 3. 私域运营与用户沉淀：统筹私域流量池的搭建与运营，设计用户导流、激活、复购的SOP，提升私域用户粘性与复购率； 4. 垂类社区建设与运营：围绕影像及户外运动等核心场景，搭建并运营线上线下结合的垂类用户社区，以社区和活动为纽带提升用户归属感与活跃度，沉淀高价值用户关系； 5. 数据驱动与策略优化：与数据组协作搭建用户运营核心指标监控体系，对CAC、LTV、复购率、留存率等关键指标进行常态化追踪与归因分析，通过数据洞察持续优化策略，形成PDCA的运营闭环； 6. AI赋能探索：主动探索AI在用户运营中的落地场景，如智能分层、个性化推荐、自动化触达等； 7. 跨团队协同及项目管理：联动各团队，推动用户运营策略在全球各市场的本地化落地。

【任职要求】 1. 一本及以上学历，海内外名校优先，5年以上用户运营或增长相关经验，有3C硬件、消费电子、家电、知名车企、影像设备或户外运动行业背景优先； 2. 有0到1搭建用户运营体系的成功案例，具备百万级以上用户运营的实战经验，精通用户分层方法论与全生命周期运营； 3. 具备扎实的数据分析能力，能通过数据洞察发现问题并驱动策略迭代； 4. 熟悉私域运营全流程，有私域阵地的实操经验； 5. 对海外市场有好奇心和学习意愿，能理解不同区域用户的行为差异，有海外用户运营经验者优先； 6. 对AI在用户运营中的应用有探索热情和实践经验，有实际落地案例者优先； 7. 对影像创作、户外运动、科技产品有浓厚兴趣者加分。
