【岗位定位】 作为用户运营业务线下社区活动板块的核心负责人，主导系列社区活动的策划、落地与规模化运营

【岗位职责】 1、线下社区活动策划与执行：主导策划并落地多层次的用户社区活动，对活动的用户体验、品牌调性和商业转化负责； 2、活动标准化与规模化复制：将成功活动提炼为标准化SOP，降低活动组织门槛，推动活动模型复制扩大； 3、异业合作与线下转化运营：拓展并维护户外品牌及生活方式异业合作方，针对不同场景设计合作方案、用户体验流程和转化物料，提升线下触点的转化效率。 4、活动内容与传播：协同内容团队，策划活动预热、现场跟拍和活动后素材分发，确保活动产出高质量的用户社交分享素材； 5、数据追踪与策略迭代：搭建活动效果追踪体系，对活动参与人次、用户满意度、活动后复购转化率、裂变贡献等核心指标负责。基于数据反馈持续优化活动设计，输出可复用的活动方法论。

1、线下社区活动策划与执行经验：3～5年以上包括不限于户外运动品牌、生活方式品牌及车企等的线下活动、社群活动或用户活动统筹策划与执行经验，有活动独立操盘经验，能统筹场地、物料、人员、流程等全链路。 2、异业合作或BD经验：有和外部合作方洽谈合作并落地执行的实际经验，能理解合作方需求并设计共赢方案。 有从0到1搭建社区活动体系或社群体系经验者优先。 3、（加分项）户外运动或影像创作背景，本身是滑雪、骑行、潜水、徒步、宠物或影像创作等领域的深度参与者和爱好者，能天然理解目标用户的需求和语言。
