1、岗位职责：负责供应链计划领域的系统优化、数据分析及信息化建设，支撑计划运营效率提升。 2、深度参与SAP相关业务优化，负责需求梳理、流程设计、测试上线及落地复盘。 3、协同 SRM、MES 等系统，推动计划、采购、制造等业务流程打通和数据协同。 4、搭建并维护计划运营数字化看板，监控库存、齐套、订单履行、生产达成、交付及时率等核心指标。 5、识别计划中的异常和风险，输出专项分析及改善方案，推动库存优化、缺料管控、交付改善等项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历，5-8年经验，必须有主导系统优化项目管理经验（SAP业务，供应链计划，运营分析）； 2、熟悉供应链计划流程，理解需求、物料、生产、库存、交付全链路逻辑； 3、熟悉SAP业务流程，有 SRM、MES 协同经验优先； 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通、项目推动及问题解决能力。
