1、一本以上学历，3年以上用户运营经验，有高客单价科技产品（如3C、无人机、户外装备）经验者优先。 2、数据驱动： 具备极强的数据分析能力，能够从底层数据中洞察用户流失与复购规律，熟练操作CRM系统或数据分析工具。 3、策略思考： 不止于执行，能独立设计用户增长路径，对“如何通过服务提升黏性”有深刻理解。 4、沟通协同： 具备优秀的跨部门推动能力，能协调售后、销售等多方资源达成运营目标。 5、热爱户外运动，对科技产品有极高的敏锐度。
