1. 负责无人机端到端图传系统架构设计与核心模块开发； 2. 实现基于4G/5G蜂窝网络的公网图传解决方案； 3. 设计并实现多链路混合传输策略，以提升链路冗余和传输质量； 4. 对视频流的端到端延迟、卡顿率、画质清晰度等核心指标进行持续优化； 5. 撰写设计文档、接口文档，并进行代码审查，确保代码质量与可维护性；

1. 计算机、通信等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上流媒体或网络传输开发经验； 2. 熟悉C/C++，具备扎实的编程能力和良好的代码风格； 3. 深刻理解TCP/IP、UDP协议，熟悉拥塞控制、流量控制、FEC、ARQ等技术； 4. 熟悉RTP/RTCP、RTMP、SRT、WebRTC等流媒体协议中的至少两种，并了解其底层原理； 5. 熟悉Linux/Android环境开发，精通epoll、多线程、IPC机制，有ARM平台优化经验； 6. 熟悉H.264/H.265编码原理及码率控制策略； 优先考虑： a. 有无人机、机器人、自动驾驶相关方向图传项目经验； b. 有TURN/STUN服务器部署和开发经验，熟悉4G NAT穿透解决方案； c. 有多链路混合传输经验，熟悉链路质量评估模型； d. 熟悉4G/5G蜂窝网络特性及优化手段； e. 熟悉Wi-Fi协议，了解其传输机制与性能瓶颈；
