1. 业务操盘与策略制定：协助负责人制定抖音渠道整体运营战略与发展规划，统筹自播、达播、商品卡、短视频等全链路业务，为抖音渠道 GSV、利润率及用户增长等核心指标负责。 2. 品类深度运营：统筹核心产品线的抖音渠道go-to-market策略，包括SKU规划、货盘组合策略、价格体系管理、各版块分货策略等，推动各产品线销售目标达成与品类结构优化。 3. 品牌直播能力提升：主导多个直播间矩阵的整体运营策略，提升直播间漏斗数据和运营健康度，并协同投放部门实现投入产出比最大化。 4. 团队效率优化：协助负责人完成团队绩效目标拆解、人才培养计划梳理；搭建标准化运营流程与SOP，提升团队整体作战能力；推动跨部门协作，协调市场、销售、供应链、财务等跨部门诉求和资源，保障业务高效落地。

1. 经验要求：本科及以上学历，3-5年抖音平台运营实战经验，3年以上品牌方抖音操盘经验优先，有高客单价或数码 3C 类目成功操盘案例者优先。 2. 专业深度：精通抖音生态全链路玩法，对自播、达播、商品卡、短视频、投放等模块有系统性认知和实战经验，能独立制定体系化的渠道销售策略并推动落地。 3. 分析能力和结果导向：具备极强的数据分析能力和业务敏感度，能通过数据发现问题并驱动业务增长；参与过从0到1搭建抖音运营体系的经历、或有快速起号经验者优先。 4. 项目管理能力与协作能力：具备优秀的项目管理能力和跨部门协调能力，能组织团队成员完成挑战性目标；影石产品粉丝或深度运动爱好者（潜水、滑雪、摩旅等）优先。
