1、洞察全景无人机+VR 眼镜的组合下，用户在飞行和成片两端的需求，挖掘用户深层需求，提升产品竞争力。 2、主导虚拟飞行系统设计，包括但不限于：基础飞行、娱乐玩法、地图设定、教学关卡、系统设置等等，输出完整的系统策划文档（PRD）、流程图、数值框架、原型说明，确保设计逻辑清晰、可落地、符合产品定位。 3、结合产品定位与用户需求，制定系统迭代计划，不断优化系统玩法与效果，解决上线后出现的系统漏洞、体验痛点，提升用户留存与核心玩法粘性。 4、协同跨职能团队推进系统落地：与程序团队对接，明确开发需求、技术实现难点，跟进开发进度，协调解决开发过程中的设计与技术冲突；与美术团队配合，输出系统所需美术资源需求，确保美术表现与系统玩法适配；与运营团队联动，配合版本活动、长线运营，提供系统层面的支持与优化建议。 5、跟踪行业同类游戏系统设计趋势，结合项目实际情况，引入创新玩法思路，优化现有系统框架，打造差异化竞争优势。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数字媒体、游戏设计、软件工程等相关专业优先。 2、3-5年游戏系统策划全职工作经验，至少完整参与1款以上手游/端游（上线且运营满1年）的核心系统设计与落地，熟悉移动端/PC端游戏开发全流程，有3D角色扮演类类等游戏经验者优先。 3、具备较强的学习能力与创新意识，能快速跟踪行业趋势，结合项目需求优化设计思路；有长线运营类游戏系统策划经验者加分。 4、具备较强的责任心、执行力与抗压能力，能适应项目迭代节奏，高效完成各项工作任务。 5、具备良好的沟通表达能力、文档撰写能力与团队协作精神，乐于分享经验，能配合团队达成项目目标。 6、具备一定的unity基础，辅助推进开发工作者。
