该职位下有多个技术方向，投递时请确认自己更为匹配的方向： 【方向1: 技术预研方向】 岗位定位： 作为公司影像技术核心岗位，你将深度参与旗舰产品图像传感器（CIS）选型与评估，与全球顶尖CIS供应商协同合作，定义下一代影像体验。 工作职责 1. 负责CIS的选型与定制，参与公司各产品线CIS定制、选型与评估，结合产品定位与影像需求，输出选型决策建议； 2. 负责CIS技术预研与竞品分析，跟进CIS前沿技术预研以及竞品的深度对标分析，撰写高质量的性能评估与竞品分析报告，积累技术洞察，为产品CIS中长期技术规划提供支撑； 3. 负责CIS性能分析软件与算法的开发及优化，涵盖图像数据处理、噪声建模、动态范围、MTF/SFR、色彩还原等核心指标，并进行全链路客观评估，构建行业领先的CIS性能评估能力； 4. 与全球顶级CIS供应商进行对接，深度参与技术交流与合作项目，跟踪主流厂商的技术路线、工艺演进以及新型传感器技术趋势，撰写行业技术趋势分析报告，为公司影像技术战略布局提供前瞻性参考； 5. 主导CIS相关应用问题的根因分析与闭环解决，协助软硬件团队完成CIS调优，参与产品开发全生命周期中CIS相关技术难题的攻关，确保产品影像交付质量。 【方向2: 硬件方向】 岗位定位： 作为公司影像技术核心岗位，你将深度参与旗舰产品的图像传感器硬件电路设计工作，与全球顶尖CIS供应商一起协同合作，创造旗舰级影像体验。 工作职责 1. 负责图像传感器（CIS）硬件电路设计、评审、开发验证和量产导入，制定并持续完善相关设计标准与规范； 2. 负责CIS预研阶段电源板设计、调试与性能评估，建立测试验证流程及验收标准； 3. 搭建并优化图像传感器应用硬件平台，支持新器件评估、模组验证及产品导入； 4. 协同软硬件团队开展电路噪声问题定位与联合调试，解决CIS应用相关硬件问题； 5. 针对电源完整性、信号完整性、接口兼容性、时序稳定性等问题进行分析，提出优化方案并推动闭环； 6. 跟踪主流图像传感器厂商技术路线、工艺演进及新技术发展，为器件选型和硬件方案设计提供支持。

【方向1: 技术预研方向】 岗位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，专业为光学工程、光电信息工程、计算机、物理、自动化等相关专业。 2. 熟悉光学成像原理、图像传感器性能评估及常见问题分析，能够开展传感器和模组的验证测试工作； 3. 具备扎实的编程基础，能够熟练运用工具进行数据分析与算法开发； 4. 具备独立搭建测试环境、设计实验方案并完成数据分析的能力，善于从复杂数据中提炼关键结论； 5. 具备良好的英文文档阅读能力，出色的逻辑思维与数据敏感度； 6. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够高效地跨职能团队协同推进工作。 加分项 1. 有 CIS评估、摄像头模组验证、相机系统开发、ISP调试、3A算法等相关经验； 2. 具备图像传感器驱动经验，包括模式配置、寄存器调试、时序控制等； 3. 熟悉光学设计或半导体工艺基础知识。 【方向2: 硬件方向】 岗位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，电子、微电子、通信、自动化、光电等相关专业； 2. 熟悉CIS硬件系统架构，了解供电、时钟、复位、GPIO、MIPI等接口设计要求； 3. 具备原理图设计、PCB评审及硬件调试能力，能够独立完成样机开发与问题分析； 4. 熟悉模拟/数字电路设计，具备电源、时钟及高速接口设计经验； 5. 熟悉示波器、逻辑分析仪等常用调试设备，具备噪声分析和定位能力； 6. 具备图像传感器相关硬件开发经验，有CIS模组板、评估板、电源板或相机硬件平台开发经验者优先； 7. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与Sensor、驱动及产品团队高效配合。 加分项 1. 有主流CIS厂商器件应用经验； 2. 有工业、安防、车载或消费类摄像头产品开发经验； 3. 熟悉PI/SI分析、EMI/EMC优化者优先。
