1、全面负责无人机品牌海外独立站的整体运营管理，以用户为导向制定并执行增长策略，统筹用户转化与品牌建设，带领团队达成销售与品牌影响力目标； 2、基于行业与竞品研究，系统性制定用户运营与推广转化方案，并对流量、转化率、客单价、复购率、用户体验数据等核心指标进行持续监测与深度分析，驱动策略迭代与落地； 3、主导设计并落地用户增长与忠诚度体系，通过会员机制与社群运营提升用户粘性与复购；重点培育高影响力用户，建立合作机制，打造高质量用户内容生态与品牌传播网络； 4、建立系统化用户反馈收集与分析机制，深度洞察用户需求与使用场景，定期输出结构化洞察报告，驱动产品、服务及运营策略的持续优化； 5、主导建立并优化独立站全链路运营流程与规范，涵盖商品上架、内容管理、用户服务、数据追踪等环节，确保业务高效稳定运行； 6、深度协同供应链、市场、设计、物流、财务、产品及客服等团队，推动资源整合与信息互通，为业务拓展提供系统性支持； 7、负责团队培训与梯队建设，制定绩效考核体系，持续提升团队专业能力与业务执行力。

1、重点本科及以上学历，具备3年以上品牌电商或互联网用户运营相关经验，有消费电子、智能硬件或科技品牌电商运营或用户运营经验者优先； 2、具备出色的数据分析和商业逻辑能力，能基于业务阶段制定清晰的增长策略，并独立完成从规划到执行的全流程管理； 3、具备深度用户运营思维与方法论，熟悉用户生命周期管理、会员体系设计，能有效提升用户粘性与品牌忠诚度； 4、对无人机/影像行业有强烈兴趣和基本了解，能理解产品技术亮点与用户价值，并转化为有效的运营与沟通策略； 5、英语能力出色，可作为工作语言，能胜任与全球用户、合作伙伴及跨文化团队的深度沟通； 6、具备优秀的跨部门协作、资源整合与项目推动能力，善于在复杂环境中推进业务落地； 7、责任心强，具备创业精神，较强的韧性与用户导向意识，注重细节，能在成长型业务中承担关键角色并持续贡献价值。
