具备 2-3年市场/内容营销相关经验，操盘过行业TOP品牌的长线口碑体系，有个人主责且成果突出的口碑项目案例，能够独立推进项目落地并对结果负责； 熟悉小红书、抖音、B站等口碑场域的差异化打法，能够结合平台特性精准选择渠道、制定内容节奏，并把控整体内容方向； 拥有较强的供应商及外部资源整合能力（KOC/KOL账号池、MCN/媒介资源）； 目标导向明确，执行力强，对数据敏感，具备良好的抗压能力，能够在多项目并行的情况下高效推进工作
