1.本科以上学历，并具有五年以上消费电子相关行业的开发经验 2.熟悉消费电子产品整体研发流程，能独立承担新项目的工艺开发工作 3.熟练使用相关办公软件 4.了解质量管理工具 5.具备良好的沟通协作/问题解决能力，能够承担一定的压力
