1. 消费类影像领域有三年或以上工作经验，有旗舰项目核心影像算法落地经验； 2. 熟悉消费类影像系统（光学镜头、sensor、模组、isp，图像处理算法）； 3. 对传统和深度学习结合的 AI ISP 算法研发有深入理解，至少掌握一种常见的深度学习框架，了解前沿算法发展； 4. 具备良好的自驱动能力和团队合作沟通能力。
