1、产品线设计 Owner：独立负责所分配产品线的设计工作，深入理解产品定位、用户价值、市场及上市目标，建立产品线长期的设计认知和设计方向。 2、定义问题：理解产品定位、上市目标和用户价值，把业务需求转化为明确、可执行的设计命题。 3、主导创意：提出统领产品内容、视觉、发布会、空间、社交传播和渠道物料的 Big Idea。 4、整合落地：从策略、概念到最终交付，建立统一的设计表达。 5、质量控制：把控大型项目关键节点、核心资产、外部合作和最终呈现质量。 6、推动决策：影响产品、市场、品牌等非设计团队，推动方案落地。 7、组织资源：灵活调配不同职级设计师配合，由你负责方向和专业把控。 8、复盘与团队贡献：对重点项目进行复盘，沉淀设计方法、项目经验及可复用资产，并通过经验分享、项目协作等方式帮助团队提升。

1、3 年以上设计、创意或品牌整合经验，有消费电子、智能硬件或科技品牌经历。 2、主导过新品上市、重大 campaign、产品发布或跨品牌联名项目。 3、能从模糊业务问题中提炼设计命题，而不是只执行已有 brief。 4、能提出有辨识度、与产品价值相关的 Big Idea，并完成高质量执行。 5、能统筹复杂项目，在高压周期和多方协作下保持交付质量。 6、具备基础英文阅读和沟通能力。
