The posting

1.主导下一代产品驱动电机（包括但不限于直流无刷电机、直线电机、音圈电机及未来新型电机技术）的电磁设计与优化工作； 2.根据产品电磁性能和质量要求，按照开发流程、规范、制度，设计动力电机、云台电机及相关执行器的电磁方案，输出仿真分析报告、技术文档、图档； 3.为本模块所约定的技术指标负责，为其他相关模块提供准确的设计输入和约束； 4.设计电机性能和质量相关测试验收方案，通过分析测试数据，评价电机性能和质量，校核设计与实际性能或质量的误差，输出分析报告和改善措施； 5.负责电磁设计领域重点、难点问题的攻关，如齿槽优化、效率提升、降低谐波、转矩脉动优化、NVH定位解决等； 6.完善企业电机电磁设计标准、电磁设计流程，开展电磁设计培训，提升团队整体研发能力； 7.负责前瞻技术收集以及竞品电机分析，带领团队开展无刷电机前瞻技术研究、验证以及技术转化工作； 8.指导团队其他成员完成电机设计工作。

1.硕士及以上学历，电机与电器、电气工程、机械工程（电磁方向）等相关专业； 2.深入研究无刷电机的电磁场原理，熟悉电机控制和电机数学模型； 3.三年以上电机电磁设计经验，有无人机动力或云台电机等设计经验者优先； 4.了解直线电机工作原理，有直线电机、音圈电机等相关设计经验者优先； 5.具备完整的电机产品开发项目经验，熟悉电机设计、制造、测试全流程； 6.熟悉有限元算法原理和优化原理，掌握使用有限元分析软件进行电磁建模、参数优化设计能力； 7.精通ANSYS Maxwell、JMAG、Motor-CAD等至少一种电磁场仿真软件，并能进行多物理场联合仿真； 8.具备出色的创新、问题解决和跨部门合作沟通能力。
