1. 能独立完成及领导复杂/大型模块级别的开发交付任务，熟悉交付流程和交付标准，交付进度和质量满足项目要求，能在模块负责人的指导下完成和其他模块合作的沟通和需求对齐； 2. 根据设计任务书/Proposal，制定模块或整机的Spec要求，制定本模块的开发计划；根据设计任务书，进行方案设计，满足需求；将任务拆解成模块，规范模块接口； 3. 根据选定方案，对细节进行设计，包括堆叠设计、分析、测试、验证；进行模具或加工DFM检讨，并优化设计；进行3D装配的设计，2D工程图出图；参与零件开模、成型、加工及后处理的跟进，确保零件来料的一致性和稳定性，并保证按时交付；参与各试产阶段组装，功能、性能和可靠性测试、并对问题进行分析和解决；参与产品设计和生产的成本分析和控制； 4. 完成所负责的专利挖掘和撰写，风险识别与规避；

1. 本科及以上，3年工作经验及以上，优秀人才可放宽要求； 2. 具有良好的沟通能力、思考能力；能够积极主动推进工作，并持续成长； 3. 专业方面，要求过往产品的设计竞争力突出；过程中能全面而开放的推动解决复杂问题；并有敏锐的风险控制能力；有参与独立完成复杂/大型模块并成功交付的经验； 4. 能全面而详细的规划本领域的工作计划、进行工作拆分和安排；建立明确的项目目标和绩效指标，监控和控制项目进度、成本、质量等；能建立顺畅的沟通和协调机制、能及时与相关方沟通，并灵活应对变更请求，控制目标偏差； 5. 了解注塑/压铸/机加/辅料的应用物性、工艺缺陷分析、选型； 6. 熟练掌握注塑，压铸、CNC、冲压四种成型工艺的应用，同时了解其他工艺(MIM、冷锻、电铸等) 的工艺特点。能够独立完成零件成型工艺和表面处理工艺（阳极氧化、喷涂、电镀、印刷、镭雕等）的选择； 7. 熟悉制图软件，了解制图规范，能够独立完成简单零件的设计图和工程图； 8. 能够独立完成小型产品或复杂组件（例如充电管家)的结构设计，能评估其他模块需求的合理性； 9. 能够独立完成零件的可生产性及组件的可装配性、可维修性分析，熟练使用DFM工具（掌握DFM分析方法）； 10. 至少熟悉注塑、压铸、CNC、冲压中一类的成本模型和行业基准； 11. 熟悉结构级别相关测试知识，具备结构相关特殊需求的测试方案设计能力，熟悉结构与其他模块耦合的相关测试知识，例如屏蔽、散热等； 12. 了解与结构耦合领域的设计类知识，例如PCB的加工工艺、贴片工艺等，注重知识的广度。
