The posting

1、负责无人机智能飞行核心算法相关主观功能测试工作，作为模块测试Owner，全权负责对应业务模块的测试全流程，把控测试质量、进度与落地效果。 2、深入理解无人机智能飞行的算法逻辑、产品功能及用户使用场景，主导测试需求拆解、测试方案制定、测试用例设计，覆盖常规场景、边界场景、异常场景及用户真实使用场景，保障测试全覆盖。 3、执行版本迭代测试、回归测试、专项测试，精准定位测试过程中发现的算法功能缺陷、体验问题，高效提交bug并持续跟进问题修复、验证闭环，联动研发、算法、产品团队推进问题解决。 4、收集、梳理用户真实反馈的智能飞行相关体验问题，结合测试数据与主观评测结果，输出测试复盘报告、体验优化报告，为算法迭代、产品功能优化提供核心参考依据。 5、持续优化模块测试流程与测试规范，沉淀主观测试标准、评测维度与测试经验，搭建完善的无人机智能飞行功能测试体系，提升模块测试效率与质量。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业，1-3年无人机行业功能测试、算法主观测试相关工作经验，有消费级无人机测试经验者优先。 2、熟悉无人机基础飞行原理、智能飞行等核心功能逻辑，具备丰富的算法主观功能测试经验，擅长从用户体验视角判断功能优劣，可独立搭建主观评测标准与维度。 3、熟练掌握软件测试基础理论与流程，能够独立完成需求分析、测试方案、测试用例设计，具备较强的问题拆解能力、缺陷甄别能力，可精准发现算法隐性体验问题、功能逻辑漏洞。 4、具备良好的航拍审美与画面感知能力，对无人机拍摄构图、画面稳定性、拍摄流畅度、智能抓拍效果等细节敏感度高，可精准输出标准化主观评测结论。 5、具备极强的模块owner意识，责任心强，能够独立统筹对应模块的全流程测试工作，主动跟进版本迭代、问题闭环、风险把控，高效推进测试工作落地。 6、具备良好的跨部门沟通协作能力，可高效对接算法研发、产品、开发团队，清晰传递问题、输出优化建议，具备独立复盘、总结沉淀的能力。 7、熟练使用办公工具、bug管理工具（Jira等），有无人机实地飞行测试经验、熟悉各类无人机飞行模式者优先。 8、工作细致严谨、有耐心，具备较强的抗压能力和学习能力，对无人机智能算法功能迭代有浓厚兴趣。
