1、统招全日制本科及以上学历，海内外名校优先； 2、3年及以上品牌方抖音平台账号运营经验，有带团队经验者优先； 3、能够熟练运用各种营销推广手段和营销工具，了解用户心理，并结合产品特性策划营销策略； 4、具有数据分析能力，能够根据店铺的每日、周、月营销数据，对商品及各项运营做出改善调整。
