职位描述 1.负责 Google、Meta、TikTok 等主流平台的北美市场投放策略制定与执行，统筹渠道组合与投放预算，精准引流至 DTC 独立站及亚马逊等渠道，持续关注投入产出效率； 2.结合北美不同区域的市场特征、用户需求及业务阶段，制定并落地差异化投放策略，持续寻找新的增长点； 3.利用 GA4 及 AI 工具深度分析投放数据，以数据为导向监控投放成效，通过人群/素材洞察迭代投放模型，提升 ROI； 4.完善目标用户画像，协同创意团队输出高质量广告素材需求，参与制作符合北美审美与产品特性的素材，并根据投放表现持续迭代优化，沉淀创意洞察； 5.撬动内外部资源与协作方，主导优化跨部门协作流程，高效支持核心项目的推进与落地。

职位要求 1.本科以上学历，有海外市场营销/投放相关经验，熟悉 Google、Meta 等主流海外平台的广告实操投放，有 3C 新品上市或 DTC 品牌导流经验者优先； 2.关注北美社媒生态与消费者市场，了解北美市场规则、本地文化及消费者偏好，具备北美市场相关经验者优先； 3.掌握系统性广告投放方法论与营销归因模型，数据驱动意识强，能够从复杂数据中发现业务增长逻辑； 4.具备一定的业务流程建设意识，擅长识别和处理问题，能结合上下游推动流程优化； 5.对设计、美学、创意有一定见解，具备内容产出质量的判断能力； 6.具备良好的中英文沟通能力，英语可作为工作语言；尊重流程，有良好的工作习惯。
