1、负责海内外各BPO站点的质量及培训体系的搭建和优化； 2、监督各站点的质检业务运营，并推进质检智能化进度，持续提升客服人员技能和服务水平； 3、搭建各站点的培训体系，组建客服技能库，并建立客服能力认证体系； 4、组织行业穿测调研，从外部视角审视业务质量优化点，提出优化建立并推定落地； 5、负责建设和运营智能质检工具，提升质检抽检效率，同时监控、识别、解决风险问题； 6、输出质培相关报告，不限于质检报告，中差评分析报告，培训报告等；根据结论制定优化及解决方案并推动相关方案落地

1、本科及以上学历，英语CET6或以上水平，英语可作为工作语言； 2、有客户服务质量管理和培训的相关经验，能够熟练掌握客户服务质量管理方法和技巧；有COPC、6sigma等认证优先； 3、具有较强的团队沟通和协调能力，能够有效管理和指导客服团队； 4、具备良好的沟通和表达能力，能够与合作方，内部跨部门等各方有效沟通； 5、熟练掌握excel,Python等数据分析技能，熟练使用常见函数及高效搭建数据看板； 6、具有较强的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，对于客户服务数据能够进行有效的分析和总结； 7、可接受国内外短期出差
