The posting

1.负责复杂产品的刚强度、疲劳、跌落及冲击可靠性设计与优化，及其验证方法、管控标准制定； 2.负责复杂产品的湿热固耦合分析与测试、管控方法制定； 3.负责复杂系统的激励源（发声器件、低转速旋翼系统、风噪与线扰、行驶载具等）的分析与优化、振动传递路径设计与优化，测试验证系统振动性能，制定检测方法与管控标准、负载工作性能与振动指标的转化分析； 4.产品力学设计的敏感性分析，力学指标冗余度设计，管控量产过程中的可靠性及一致性； 5.多体系统的刚柔耦合动力学建模与仿真，以及与控制模型、负载工作模型的相关接口程序编写。

1. 硕士及以上学历，力学、航空航天、机械、机器人等相关专业； 2. 具有相关领域2年以上工作经验，至少作为主要负责人独立进行过工作内容要求中描述的其中一项实践； 3. 理论要求：理论力学、固体力学（包括线弹性、粘弹性、塑性、疲劳力学）、有限元理论、优化方法 在上述基础要求外，至少满足其他任意一个方向的要求： 振动方向：信号分析与处理、经典控制理论、振动理论与结构动力学 跌落与可靠性方向：信号处理与数据分析、冲击动力学、断裂力学、材料失效理论（纤维增强塑胶、金属）、概率论与数理统计 多体方向：机器人动力学、系统建模与科学计算（动力学相关）、柔性多体动力学； 4.实践要求： （1）熟悉有限元软件，精通复杂系统的力学简化与有限元前处理、各种力学问题的求解与优化。 （2）熟练掌握模态与振动测试方法、应力应变测试方法、各类可靠性测试方法 （3）具备复杂耦合问题、局部敏感性问题的解决经验，能够快速定位疑难问题根源或给出科学的问题分析思路，并推动落地； 5.具有强大的自驱力与学习力，遇到疑难问题，能够主动突破现有认知界限，保持对未知领域的好奇心，具有足够的信息收集能力；具备良好的书面表达与沟通能力，对与自己相关的事务具有责任心。
