1.参与结构设计前期模具方案可行性评审（包括选择合适的钢材、模具结构、进浇方式、模流分析、材料选型等）； 2.主导供应商的模具DFM、模具结构和模具图纸确认工作，直到模具图纸符合公司标准要求及具有合理性； 3.负责从立项启动到MP之间的模具开发过程和试产进度管控； 4.负责ECN评审/试模，根据试模结果提出改模方案，出试模检讨报告； 5.负责ECN模具设变费用及交期评审； 6.负责相关技术工艺的发展协调，提出改进方案； 7.完成领导安排的其他工作及部门建设工作；

1.全日制大专及以上，机械设计/模具设计/高分子等专业，8年工作经验及以上，优秀人才可放宽要求； 2.熟练使用常用绘图软件，熟练掌握moldflow软件，对模流分析结果有专业解读能力； 3.丰富的塑胶模具设计/开发经验，且有光学镜片、光学镜筒黑料模具设计/开发经验，熟练掌握各种复杂模具结构的运动原理，对非塑胶模具（压铸/冲压/MIM/热压等)有充分的认知； 4.丰富的塑胶成型经验，且有光学镜片、光学镜筒黑料成型经验，针对各种成型不良能给出改善方案； 5.熟悉各种塑胶材料（含光学塑胶镜片材料）优缺点，协助结构及仿真工程师做材料选型； 6.熟悉各种后制程的制程过程及原理，有能力解决各种制程不良； 7.熟练掌握公差分析，独立解决组装造成的间隙段差，装配手感问题等； 8.熟练运用品质管控手法，帮助厂商提升制造良率； 9.丰富的供应商管理经验及项目管理经验，善用供应商资源解决问题， 10.ECN模具费用及交期合理性判定； 11.有同时多个项目同时开发交付经验； 12.具有良好的向上/向下沟通能力、思考能力；能够积极主动推进工作，并持续成长。
