1.新闻、传媒、市场营销或相关专业本科以上学历，至少5年及以上视频内容工作经验，有模板工具运营经验优先。 2.热爱影像创作，有一定运动相机使用经验。熟悉内容创作至分发各环节，有爆款内容运营案例（必备项），有产品经验加分。 3.有海外平台内容运营经验，熟悉 TikTok、ins、Youtube等内容流行趋势，熟练掌握和使用 AI 工具，具备前瞻性思维和创新能力。 4.具备良好的项目管理能力、跨部门沟通能力，自驱力强，细心严谨，责任心强，能对结果指标负责。
