The posting

1. 根据项目需要，开发光学产、研测试设备（如SFR产测设备，杂散光检测设备，VR/AR光学检测设备、调芯机，AA机和治工具开发）。包含但不限于a.规划设备框架，设计出图，生成bom，并跟进设备零件&标准件交付；b.设备搭建组装，校准，调试；c.耦合项目需求，选用合适的光源板&relay lens&平行光管等； 2. 根据项目需要，开发光学产、研测试设备的算法相关工作，包含但不限于SFR,MTF，RI, distortion，脏污，杂散光等；光学镜头模组生产设备的相关软件开发，包括UI界面、算法及硬件控制，为光学镜头模组生产提供技术支持； 3. 主导光学设备调试工作，包含但不限于a.主导产测设备的软件&硬件调试，保证测试设备顺利导入；b.形成调试SOP，对产线工程人员进行培训（量产由产线接手调试）；c.设备的前期维护，更新迭代；设备算法模块导入，调试，维护； 4. 光学测试设备验收和合致，包含但不限于a.负责多方产测设备的验收工作（稳定性，准确性）；b.协助多方测试设备的合致工作（主要为光学测试站位，SFR,RI,脏污等）； 5. 协助研发设备的导入和推广，包含但不限于a.评估项目对设备的需求，制定测试方案；b.相同的测试站位，推动供应商使用公司开发的设备，降低成本；

1. 研究生及以上学历，光学工程、机械、自动化、物理学、计算机等相关专业； 2. 具备扎实的光学理论基础（几何光学和信息光学）和数学建模能力；具备编程开发和算法实现的能力，例如UI开发、软硬件通信、图像处理、Opimization算法、光轨迹跟踪、光场传输模拟等； 3. 熟悉pro9，HR等光学测试设备原理；熟练使用CAD，cero等绘图软件； 4. 4年以上模组or镜头测试设备开发经验（SFR or MTF），有VR设备开发经验优先； 5. 熟悉光学、光电模组的基本原理及应用，熟练掌握镜头、光电模组的光学评价及测试方法；
