1. 围绕业务团队的考核指标（KPI/OKR），设计/迭代业务指标体系，搭建反映经营实质的核心看板，通过目标追踪、异动归因与闭环反馈机制，驱动业务团队日常管理与决策 2. 拉通跨职能流程，进行端到端指标设计，解决因部门视角割裂导致的衡量断层，确保从执行层到管理层的指标纵向贯通、横向可比 3. 独立承担复杂业务专题分析，通过目标拆解与数据洞察，识别业务增长机会或效率瓶颈，输出可落地的策略建议并推动执行 4. 深入市场营销、预算管理、舆情监控等核心业务场景，诊断现有考核指标的合理性与有效性，协同业务方优化评估标准，提升资源投入与业务产出的匹配度 5. 沉淀分析方法论与数据资产，推动业务数据口径统一与质量治理，赋能业务团队提升自助分析能力，持续扩大BI对业务决策的影响力

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上商业分析/数据分析/业务分析/管理咨询经验，有直面业务一号位、独立主导复杂分析项目并推动落地的经历 2. 精通指标体系设计，具备从经营目标出发搭建KPI体系的实战经验；拥有端到端的架构视角，善于发现跨职能、跨层级的衡量断层，并设计贯穿业务全链路的指标体系 3. 具备咨询式思维，能快速理解业务本质，将模糊诉求转化为清晰的分析命题与可验证的行动路径 4. 精通SQL，能独立完成大规模数据提取与复杂逻辑处理，熟练使用 Tableau、Power BI 等主流 BI 工具进行高解释力的可视化开发 5. 掌握常用分析方法（如漏斗、归因、对比分析等），理解数仓分层、维度建模及埋点原理，能与数据开发高效协作 6. 结果导向，闭环推进力强，不满足于交付分析报告或看板，追求“数据洞察—策略建议—落地验证”的完整闭环 7. 具备出色的跨部门沟通与影响力，能将复杂分析转化为故事线影响业务决策 8. 有智能制造行业、消费电子行业背景者优先
