1.知名院校本科以上学历，2年以上战略规划、咨询公司或企业管理工作经验； 2.具有行业知名企业甲方和咨询公司乙方经历者优先； 3.具备智能硬件、零售电商、新能源汽车等领域企业工作经验者优先。具备国际化视野者优先。 4.理解BLM模型，具备为企业制定SP/BP经验者优先。 5.敏锐的商业洞察力、强大的战略思维和分析能力、出色的书面和口头表达能力、优秀的项目管理能力。 6.能够在快节奏和不断变化的环境中工作，并能积极主动对业务经营提有建设性意见和做贡献。 7.英语流利，具备跨文化沟通能力。

目标公司： 1、手机厂战略简历（主要找集团战略、手机线战略、产品线战略）、安克、扫地机器人、新能源汽车厂； 2、或高潜3年经验左右咨询背景经验的，项目经验包含手机厂、新能源汽车厂。 3、或5-8年的senior级别
