1、用户行业洞察：了解竞品动态、用户偏好、行业趋势及潜在市场需求，负责影像类产品中的拾音方向的音频方案调研，深入理解用户需求与痛点。 2、需求分析和定义：基于公司产品和业务音频效果需求，结合竞品分析和需求分析，与技术团队紧密合作，主导评估音频相关需求的可行性分析， 包括硬件选型、音腔和音频相关的结构设计、算法和技术路径，并撰写产品需求说明书，制定性能和功能标准，组织跨部门会议进行需求评审，把业务需求转化成明确的技术需求和规格定义。 3、需求跟踪：参与功能设计评审、交互设计评审、技术方案评审和测试用例评审，及时跟踪开发状态，确保需求实现的进度和准确性。 4、验收迭代：结合测试反馈和产品自测，对音频需求实现效果验收和准出，针对遗留问题建立迭代计划。 5、项目支持：负责各条产品线对应模块的项目支持，跟进、协调和处理项目中的需求和问题，识别潜在风险并制定应对措施，确保项目按时、按质量交付。 6、产品规划：持续关注行业动态和技术发展趋势，根据公司战略方向、技术规划和项目计划，提出创新性的产品概念和解决方案，制定音频相关的产品规划路标，推动公司技术实力和产品竞争力的提升。

1、本科及以上学历，一年以上产品经理工作经验，并具备一定的声学基础，具有影像类硬件产品整机拾音方向的技术背景或工作经验。 2、熟悉 AP525、LMS、Soundcheck、Acoustic 等音频测试仪器。 3、了解前沿音频技术、测试方法、算法特性，如动态降噪、波束成形、风噪消除、震动消除、杂音消除等。 4、具备良好的沟通能力和产品能力，思维活跃，学习能力强，对音频方案或热门音频算法有敏锐度。 5、有具体处理解决震动、风噪、人声增强、指向增强、音频放大等实际项目或产品经验者优先。有全景声产品项目经验者优先。 6、有主观听音训练资质，或长期从事音频测试鉴赏经验者优先。 *音频技术相关的工程师期望产品岗位，产品经理工作经验非强制项。
