The posting

1、负责 Insta360 官方 APP 商城整体产品规划与迭代落地，涵盖硬件相机、智能配件、周边产品及增值服务（FlexiCare意外保障、延保等）全品类交易链路，承接公司电商营收与用户转化的核心业务目标。 2、主导商城核心交易全链路设计与优化，覆盖商品/SKU 管理、套餐组合、预售秒杀、购物车、下单结算、多渠道支付、订单、物流、售后退换、核销体系等，持续提升下单转化率、复购率与交易体验。 3、负责跨境海外商城产品适配，跟进多语言、多币种、海外支付、跨境物流与海外售后等差异化需求，兼顾国内外用户体验，支撑全球化业务布局。 4、深度联动研发、运营、供应链、售后、市场团队，输出标准化PRD、原型与需求方案，主导需求评审、迭代跟进、上线验收与数据复盘，把控迭代节奏，保障版本高效稳定交付。 5、基于业务数据（转化率、客单价、复购率、流失率等）持续复盘，挖掘用户需求与业务痛点，输出优化方案，驱动商城业务长效增长。 6、（平台产品职责，约占 10%）承接 App 平台侧能力与商城业务的协同：结合账号体系、权限/弹窗、消息推送、启动流程、埋点数据等平台中台能力，评估其对商城交易链路的影响与复用价值，推动平台能力与电商场景的合理落地，兼顾平台规范与电商转化目标，避免能力重复建设与体验割裂。

1、本科及以上学历，3 年及以上品牌自营 APP 商城产品经理经验，有智能硬件、3C 数码、影像设备、消费电子行业商城经验者优先。 2、熟悉电商交易与营销活动，具备独立负责整条业务线的能力。 3、有硬件增值服务、延保/意外险、设备 SN绑定、权益核销相关经验者优先，熟悉"硬件+电商"联动业务模式。 4、有跨境电商、海外商城产品经验，了解多币种、海外支付与国际化适配规则者优先。 5、具备平台/中台产品意识，能理解账号、权限、推送、埋点等平台能力与业务场景的协同逻辑，有平台产品与业务产品协同经验者优先。
