岗位职责 1.从亚太国家整体经营视角出发，统筹投放预算、渠道组合、用户增长及业务目标，持续关注投入产出效率，对国家整体营销业绩负责； 2.负责亚太市场的广告投放策略制定与落地，结合不同国家和地区的市场特征、用户需求及业务阶段，制定差异化投放策略； 3.以数据为导向监控投放成效，定期输出投广业务观察与深度评价，及时反馈市场团队及内容团队，驱动策略迭代与效果提升； 4.根据业务需求完善目标用户画像，配合业务需要实现精准引流； 5.提升投广素材质量及产出效率，根据投放表现迭代和优化广告素材，沉淀创意洞察； 6.撬动内外部资源与协作方，支持核心项目的推进和落地。

任职要求 1.1-3 年市场营销从业经历，有亚太区域市场经验或当地语言能力者优先； 2.具备 Google、Meta、TikTok 等主流海外平台的复合投放经验，有 DTC 品牌或第三方渠道导流背景； 3.主导或参与过大型营销 Campaign，在跨部门团队协作上有充分经验； 4.熟悉海外社媒生态，深度参与达人、内容营销及广告投放工作； 5.掌握系统性广告投放方法论与营销归因模型，熟练掌握数据分析，数据驱动意识强； 6.具备业务流程建设能力，擅长识别和解决问题，能结合上下游推动流程优化； 7.对设计、美学、创意有一定见解，具备内容产出质量的判断能力，关注社交媒体与消费者市场动态； 8.具备优秀的中英文沟通能力；尊重流程，有良好的工作习惯。
