1.协助关键业务团队开展经营分析工作，不断迭代形成高效可复用的经营分析机制。 2.借助经营分析识别业务发展过程中的重点问题，拆解并验证原因，输出短/中/长期可落地的解决方案，推进各方落地。 3.协助业务团队制定短/中/长期目标及规划，并对核心目标进行定期复盘和分析，为业务团队及管理层决策提供有力支持。

1.3年以上相关工作经验（战略、咨询、投资、商分/数分等，其中1年以上商分/数分经验），相关专业（计算机、统计学、数据、金融等）优先，有消费品/互联网行业经验加分。 2.具备良好的hardskills，包括但不限于数据挖掘与分析、可视化呈现、项目管理等。 3.有较强的好奇心与自驱力，对消费电子行业有兴趣，对参与业务、了解商业本质有激情。 4.跨团队沟通能力、复杂问题的解决能力及抗压能力不可或缺。
