The posting

负责新品项目从开发到生命周期内的机身丝印设计（配合 ID 部门）、包装结构设计、包装平面设计等工作，把控方案设计、材质工艺、成本核算、测试验证、包装承样、计划生产等相关工作，确保包装方案符合公司的商业需求和高质量交付。 1. 推动解决主/配件包装从结构设计到成品交付过程中的方案评审、成本核算、测试验证、印刷承样等工作，推动项目进度，确保包装成品高质量交付； 2. 负责主/配件包装配套说明书、快入指南、指引贴纸的方案设计、表意测试等工作，优化说明指引的可读性，提升产品使用体验； 3. 负责主/配件包装的开箱专项测试，根据用户反馈优化包装开箱体验，并完成相关标准的制定； 4. 跟进包装生产过程中涉及的包装sop、工程变更、生产计划等工作，确保包装顺利交付； 5. 负责部门包装模块的知识沉淀和培训，培养包装相关人才。

任职要求： 1. 包装设计相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2. 智能硬件/消费电子行业 5 年以上经验； 3. 熟悉海内外包装设计知识，能从用户视角、商业目标出发，确保包装方案符合公司的商业需求； 4. 有高度的责任心，能承受工作压力。 加分项：有包装印刷行业经验优先。
