1、负责公司产品在天猫电商渠道的店铺和品线运营工作，完成销售目标； 2、结合平台大盘数据走向、产品和消费者人群特征、用户使用场景变化趋势等，对市场/竞争对手/业务问题进行深入分析，调整优化运营策略和推广策略； 3、监控所负责业务板块的运营指标，如流量结构变化、产品转化率变化、VOC等，对运营数据进行整理分析，输出运营优化方案和业务洞察，并将优化方案执行落地； 4、对于电商行业动态及趋势保持高敏感度，迭代优化运营工作； 5、与设计/客服/物流/直播间等部门做有效的协同和沟通，确保产品销售和运营动作顺利进行。

1.本科及以上学历，海内外名校优先。 2.2年天猫店铺运营经验，具有较强的电商平台运营能力和市场敏感度。 3.能够独立分析数据，根据数据调整运营策略。 4.具备优秀的团队合作能力和沟通技巧。 5.对电商行业有浓厚的兴趣，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。 6.具有较强的学习能力和创新思维。
