1、负责跨境电商独立站的增长与转化需求分析、从增长和策略视角提升独立站流量转化效率，管理用户生命周期，对用户体验与转化率负责； 2、需求分析、流程设计、功能迭代等产品策划工作，提升用户体验与转化； 3、提炼核心场景及业务闭环，合理设计前后端业务流程，提升运营效率 ； 4、协调设计、研发与测试资源，保证项目按时并高质量完成，对产品需求交付和效果负责； 5、定期根据产品数据、用户调研和用户反馈，对已上线的功能进行迭代优化，持续提升用户体验。

1、至少4年电商产品经验，有跨境电商从业经验优先，有增长和策略经验优先； 2、逻辑思维缜密，关注用户体验，能从用户角度思考问题并给出最优解决方案； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力，善于通过数据发现问题或机会点； 4、结果导向，学习能力强，能与团队高效协作并推动项目落地； 5、统招本科及以上，熟练掌握英语口语，CET-6 425分/IELTS 6分/TOEFL 80分以上，有欧美留学或生活经历优先。
