1、天猫渠道经营指标拆解和费率把控，官旗和店群差异化策略输出； 2、洞察天猫渠道增长机会点，明确增长项目目标和路径； 3、对外与行业小二/频道小二沟通，争取优势点位和平台资源； 4、对内培养品类运营，帮助输出渠道关键策略，反向驱动产品线； 5、拉通和市场的搜索承接项目，完成内部市场资源整合和平台资源落地。 【2】关键能力 1、渠道经营分析与策略制定能力 具备精细化数据拆解能力，能将天猫渠道总 GMV、利润目标拆解到官旗 / 店群、品类、活动节点； 能基于官旗(品牌形象 + 利润担当)、店群(渠道覆盖 + 长尾收割)的定位，制定差异化的选品、定价、投广、促销策略； 2、市场洞察与增长机会挖掘能力 能敏锐捕捉天猫平台趋势(如新品赛道、频道流量红利、用户消费偏好变化)；通过竞品分析、用户数据反推渠道增长突破口； 具备增长项目设计能力，能明确机会点对应的目标、路径、资源需求与风险预案； 3、团队管理与项目落地推进能力 能基于渠道目标和项目优先级，优化团队人员分工，评估团队成员能力长短板，针对性分配任务并指导提升； 具备项目管控能力，能设置关键里程碑、跟进进度、解决卡点问题，确保项目按时落地； 4、平台关系维护与资源争取能力 熟悉天猫行业小二、频道小二的沟通逻辑与资源规则，能精准对接需求； 具备商务谈判能力，能争取大促主会场、品类频道、新品专区等优势点位； 能建立长期稳定的小二合作关系，获取平台一手政策与趋势信息； 5、跨部门协同与资源落地能力 能与市场团队紧密配合，整合内部营销资源(如达人合作、内容素材、品牌活动)与平台资源(如流量券、补贴、直播坑位)； 具备资源匹配能力，能根据不同项目（大促、新品、日常）的目标，制定资源分配方案，最大化资源转化效率； 能跟进资源落地全流程，复盘资源投入产出效果。

1.本科及以上学历，海内外名校优先； 2.4年以上天猫店铺运营经验，具有较强的电商平台运营能力和市场敏感度； 3.能够独立分析数据，根据数据调整运营策略； 4.具备优秀的团队合作能力和沟通技巧； 5.对电商行业有浓厚的兴趣，能够适应快节奏的工作环境；
