岗位职责 1. 需求洞察与策略制定：通过市场调研、用户访谈及数据分析，洞察全球不同区域消费者对增值服务的需求，结合行业趋势（如延保服务、意外保障等）制定差异化产品策略； 2. 产品设计与定价管理：主导增值服务产品的产品矩阵规划和方案交付，包括服务内容、定价、保障范围、理赔流程等；基于成本结构、用户付费意愿及竞品分析设计和迭代增值服务； 3. 保司合作与生态建设：负责筛选、引入及管理全球优质保险公司合作伙伴；协同法务、财务等部门完成合同谈判与签署，确保合作合规性与风险可控。 4. 服务产品运营：通过数据分析，挖掘机会点和识别风险点，推动服务体验优化和提升服务销量。

1. 本科以上学历，英语可作为工作语言； 2. 具备3年以上增值服务产品设计理经验，有消费电子、智能硬件领域经验者优先； 3. 具备较强创新能力，能够设计超行业标杆的服务产品或增值服务解决方案者优先； 4. 熟悉增值服务产品全生命周期管理流程，具备需求分析、产品规划、定价策略制定的能力； 5. 具备出色的沟通协调能力与项目管理能力，能有效推动跨部门协作。
