1、一本及以上学历，商科相关专业为佳； 2、至少3年天猫店铺运营经验，有主流电商平台资源，消费电子类目经验优先; 3、具有品牌化运营思维和sense, 关注行业动态，对于品牌电商玩法矩阵熟悉并具有成熟的方法论; 4、熟悉各网络平台的规则和推广工具、推广方式和活动资源，对电子商务现状和发展趋势有深刻认识，能把握趋势； 5、具备良好的数据分析能力、能够根据运营数据及时优化各项工作； 6、具较强的全局统筹和把控能力，良好的语言及文字表达能力、良好的沟通能力和思维能力，有团队合作精神。
