The posting

1.BOM 架构设计与流程管理：负责公司BOM体系规划，搭建分层分级的BOM 架构，定义物料编码、BOM 搭建与维护的流程。及时识别BOM 应用过程中的各类问题，主导流程优化。 2. 成品BOM 构建与维护：根据GTM或产品经理的需求，收集成品BOM 的下阶物料、包装组件等料号信息，并在PLM 系统中精准搭建BOM 架构，清晰录入物料编码、规格、数量等要素，保证数据精确。（从项目立项即进入，对各阶段BOM进行全生命周期管控，过程中数据质量的保证） 3.工程变更管理：负责所有变更的标准化审核；负责成品BOM 包装层级结构的变更发起。对关联 BOM 做调整，在 SAP 等生产系统中同步变更内容，并通知对应的执行工厂（包括代工厂）。 4. 物料主数据管理：负责PLM&ERP 物料主数据管理，以及PLM 账号创建、数据库团队成员维护、异常处理等。 5.其它产品数据管理：为研发、生产、采购和销售提供商品条码、序烈景、产品型号等数据支持。 6. 数据统计与分析：建立数据质量监控指标，定期开展数据质量南计并通报，推动问题数据的整改闭环，保障BOM 数据的准确性。 7. 流程&工具推广：编制BOM、变更等操作手册与案例，组织跨部门培训，推广BOM 管理方法。

1.学历与专业：本科或以上学历，机械工程、电子工程、工业工程等工科类专业出身优先。 2. 工作经验：具备3年以上制造业BOM 管理从业经历，消费电子、手机等行业背景者优先。 3. 系统工具能力：熟悉 PLM、ERP 系统；能熟练操作 Excel、Power BI等数据统计与分析工具，可独立完成数据分析。 4. 专业知识：透彻理解 BOM 概念、层级架构及逻辑关系，熟悉产品开发全流程以及生产制造工艺。 5．软技能：工作细致审慎，有较强责任心；逻辑思维清晰，有出色的问题诊断与解决能力；沟通表达流畅，具备跨部门协调推进事务的能力。
