本岗位核心职责：作为创始人的得力助手，兼顾战略层面协同与日常业务支撑，依托人力&组织相关专业能力，高效推进各项核心工作落地，为公司战略决策提供有力保障。

1、协助创始人推进公司重点工作专项的落地，跟进核心业务项目进度，整理汇总项目关键信息，及时反馈执行难点并协同解决方案； 2、负责总裁日常行程规划、会议组织与纪要编制，精准传递会议决议，跟踪落实事项闭环，保障高效办公； 3、依托人力&组织相关工作经验，协助总裁对接内外部核心人力相关事宜，包括核心人才识别、组织问题协调等，为团队优化提供支持； 4、承接总裁交办的各类专项任务，快速拆解复杂工作事项，协调跨部门资源推进落地，及时汇报工作进展与成果； 5、负责总裁各类重要文件、汇报材料的撰写与整理，确保内容精准、逻辑清晰，贴合战略传达与业务推进需求； 6、妥善处理各类突发事项，具备多线程工作能力，保障总裁工作顺畅推进及核心事务高效落实。

【必需项】 1、5年及以上工作经验，具备甲方及乙方人力&组织相关工作经历； 2、对人具有极强的敏感性，能快速捕捉核心诉求与潜在问题，识人判断准确，具备良好的洞察力； 3、抽象能力突出，能快速拆解复杂工作问题与业务诉求，表达清晰严谨，输出高效可行的推进方案； 4、沟通积极主动、坦诚务实，勇于面对工作中的各类挑战与问题，具备优秀的跨部门协调能力和多线程工作能力； 5、底层价值观端正，坚守职业操守，具备高度的责任心、保密意识和抗压能力，认同Insta360核心文化理念。 【加分项】 1、熟悉消费电子或科技行业发展趋势，具备相关领域高管助理或战略支撑类工作经验； 2、具备完整的人力&组织全模块实操经验与咨询服务经验，能独立完成核心人力相关事项统筹；对企业组织建设有强烈好奇心，对各类科技公司发展历程及组织架构有研究为佳； 3、具备优秀的商务接待与对外沟通能力，能妥善处理各类商务场景相关事宜； 4、学习能力强，能快速适配公司业务节奏与总裁工作风格，高效承接各类专项任务； 5、文字功底扎实，能独立撰写高质量的战略汇报、专项报告、会议纪要等各类正式文件，
