1. 本科及以上学历，电子/计算机相关专业，3年及以上嵌入式多媒体开发经验 2. 精通 Gstreamer、ffmpeg 等开源多媒体框架底层原理，熟练掌握音视频编解码、封装等核心技术 3. 熟悉 Camera Pipeline全链路设计与优化，主导过核心 feature 开发 4. 熟悉amba、hisi、MTK、高通等主流平台的硬件特性与软件适配 5. 熟悉前端音视频采集、Pipeline、Sensor 调试等全链路技术 6. 主导过录像、拍照、回放等核心业务模块的开发 7. 主导过算法落地、集成与性能调优，有实际产品优化成果 8. 有相机、无人机、监控、IPC 类产品完整研发周期经验，主导过核心技术方案
