岗位描述 我们正在寻找一位极具创意与项目把控力的高级视觉设计师，负责影石社交媒体上的视觉策划设计与日常品牌图库的维护搭建。你将围绕全产品线覆盖目标，主导社媒平台KV创意策划、平台投放素材及转化型视觉内容的创作与优化，通过创意测试与数据复盘，不断提升点击率与阅读转化，支撑业务一线增长目标落地。

岗位职责 - 深度参与业务共创，分析不同业务场景及用户画像，制定具有高转化潜力的视觉创意策略，确保设计表达与目标受众精准对位。 - 主导微信推文、小红书及各渠道转化型视觉内容的创作，针对核心业务，通过高质量视觉输出支撑销量增长等业务指标落地。 - 搭建影石特定板块的视觉素材规范与模块化设计体系，建立可复用的高表现广告视觉模型，在保证品牌质感的同时，显著提升多线并行的设计产效。 - 与投广、市场及行业应用团队紧密协作，快速响应全球市场策略调整；同时关注行业爆款趋势与平台机制演变，持续创新视觉表达形式，赋能全产品线生态能力的覆盖。

  • 本科及以上学历，视觉传达、广告设计、美术等相关专业优先。
  • 5年以上视觉设计经验，具备成熟的广告创意KV项目经验。
  • 具备良好的沟通表达能力与提案能力，能够清晰阐述创意逻辑。
  • 具备长期与公司共同发展的意愿，持续进步。喜欢大胆创新，有趣好玩的人生理念，
  • 具备完整作品集，重点体现广告创意KV及大型物料设计能力。
  • AI工具使用熟练者优化。
